Executive Coaching
Business Coaching works with individuals to analyse the dynamics of the situation they are in; assess what is working and what isn?t; clarify what needs to be done and develop an approach to achieving the tasks identified.
An Executive Coach offers a one to one relationship with the client in order to develop clarity around their goals and objectives. By developing an awareness of the behavioural patterns that have prevented them achieving in the past, coaching helps the client see how their goals and objectives can best be achieved.
Rather than offering solutions an Executive Coach is a facilitator who empowers and supports their client in finding his or her own solutions.

Effective Colour Consultancy
There is wide spread ignorance around the subject of colour. Too often it is used indiscriminately, based on the subjective judgement of people who know little about the possible consequences of their choices or indeed the underlying genetic influences for their choices.
We provide a comprehensive understanding of the powerful influences of colour and its uses as a subtle tool to manage environments, behaviour and relationships. We can help you to harness colour to the enhancement of peoples? lives and places of work.
Currently with our partner Independent Perspective Ltd., we are undertaking ground-breaking work in Residential Care Homes in the UK, looking at the impact of colour and full spectrum lighting on older people and those with dementia. A pilot project is scheduled for autumn 2006, working alongside children with special needs and autism and their carers, to improve their quality of life.
Our DBI consultant has over 20 years expertise in all aspects of colour for environment, image, behaviour, and health. In her capacity of a specialist colour analyst and practitioner, she works with clients as diverse as high street retailers, corporate branding companies, housing associations, multi-national schools and the National Health Service.

Executive Colour and Image
Whilst enormous sums of money are frequently spent to update a company?s corporate identity, the impact of personal branding is rarely considered within that context. A colour and image consultation addresses how an individual executive presents themselves and through their personal presentation contributes to the over all positive image of the company
These consultations are recommended for specific individuals in situations such as:
- Internal promotions which may require changes in dress codes
- Important presentations when appropriate dress is crucial
- Media dressing
- Change in job specification may require alternative image or dress styles
- Out of uniform situations when the company is still being represented publicly.
- Any situation where it is advisable to have professional image advice.
An integral part of an executive consultation is specific colour advice based on the clients genetics. Sixteen palettes of colour are available to our consultant and the definitive selection is reached through various test methods including subjective testing, psychometrics and other genetic factors. As well as professional dress guide lines the client is also given a wide range of appropriate colours specific to them.
