Michaele Wynn-Jones BEd(Hons)MIAC MACC MHDI
Michaele founded Diamond Bridge Initiative (DBI) in 1998. It offers innovative workshops integrating intellect, logic, creativity and intuition, for individuals and companies.
An authority on colour for environment, image, behaviour and health, Michaele consults for a wide variety of organisations, including branding companies, national care home organisations, schools and hospitals. In addition she has been offering workshops and seminars covering all facets of colour and personal impact for over twenty years
With a background in education and training Michaele also develops and facilitates personal development programmes for adult learners in fields as varied as Colleges of Further Education ( FE), the National Health Service (NHS) and Her Majesty's Prisons Service (HMPS)
A frequent conference presenter, her speaking portfolio includes: Queens College Cambridge, The National Physics Laboratories, Sussex Enterprise and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Marianne Woolwich
The first European director of DBI, based in Haarlem in The Netherlands, Marianne has a strong commercial and business background. She ran her own business for sixteen years and has worked within multi-national companies in Europe. Bilingual, she facilitates DBI courses in Europe.
Marianne is a qualified counsellor and registered member of the Dutch Association for Professional Counsellors - Algemene Beroepsvereiniging voor Counselling (ABvC) - working with individuals both in The Netherlands and England. A skilled intuitive consultant she is currently researching and developing her own pioneering work in the field of business counselling, Marianne is also involved in the development of whole brained learning programmes.

Cherine Maskill BSc (Hons), DipNP (RCN), RGN, ONC
As a Director of DBI, Cherine oversees company administration and organisation. She has been working within the National Health Service since 1976. She is well known in her field, having initiated and developed innovative practice in the NHS. She has experience lecturing on national and international platforms as well as developing and teaching educational programmes within the Health Sector. Cherine has authored numerous publications, including academic papers, articles and chapters for nursing text books. She is an experienced mentor and facilitator. She is a valued member of the DBI team, bringing a strong left brained analytical perspective to the company, coupled with her own developing intuitive skills.
